We can perform the following repair work for you:

Replacement of batteries in mains-independent devices,
such as robots.
With a repair, you not only save the cost of purchasing a new device, but also make a valuable contribution to environmental protection.

Please fill out our repair form to place an order.

After our order acceptance, we ask you to send the form to mpindustries.at, Lorystraße 83/2/5, 1110 Vienna. It is not possible to hand over your defective device to our workshop. You can find transport offers on the repair network page .

After receipt, we will create a cost estimate within a week, which we will send to you by email.
If you accept our cost estimate, then the charges for the cost estimate will not apply. If you do not accept our cost estimate, you only have to pay 45.00 € charge for the cost estimate.

These are our prices (including 13% VAT for repairs):
45.00 € ... Flat rate for estimate
80.00 € ... price of one working hour (charged in units of 15 minutes)
1.00 € ... storage costs per day if your device is not picked up after two weeks.
